Step 2 Preliminary Processing of Pork, Shrimp and Crab Bones

After buying pork bones, boil them in boiling water, then wash them and put them in a basket to drain.

Wash the shrimp and clean, with the crab washed off the outside dirt, separate the shell using a spoon to put the crab bricks into a small bowl, then clean the crab body.

Step 3 Cook the Broth

Put the water in the pot, put it on the stove, then put the pork bones, onion, cassava root and white radish in the pot, stew for 1 hour.

After stewing for 1 hour, remove the pork bones, onion, cassava root and white radish, then put the shrimp in the broth and boil until the shrimp is cooked, change color, then take it out and put it in a bowl.
