Ingredients:
- Lean minced meat: 300 gr
- White sesame (sesame)
- Oyster
- Sesame oil

Instructions:
- Step 1: Sliced lean meat about 2 cm thick, washed with salt and drained. Use a knife to gradually cut the meat until tender, quickly absorb the spices.
- Step 2: Marinate the meat with 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of minced garlic and onions, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1/2 tablespoon of fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of chili sauce and 2 tablespoons of white sesame. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Step 3: Place the meat in the oven or air fryer, bake once, set at 160 degrees for 15 minutes. Flip, spread all the marinade and bake for another 5 minutes to finish.
