Grilled Pork Rice with Sesame

Grilled sesame pork rice can be made quickly in about half an hour with pre-marinated meat, delicious taste.


  • Lean minced meat: 300 gr
  • White sesame (sesame)
  • Oyster
  • Sesame oil
  • Garlic, minced onion
  • Honey

  • Step 1: Sliced lean meat about 2 cm thick, washed with salt and drained. Use a knife to gradually cut the meat until tender, quickly absorb the spices.
  • Step 2: Marinate the meat with 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of minced garlic and onions, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1/2 tablespoon of fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of chili sauce and 2 tablespoons of white sesame. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Step 3: Place the meat in the oven or air fryer, bake once, set at 160 degrees for 15 minutes. Flip, spread all the marinade and bake for another 5 minutes to finish.
  • Step 4: Put the rice on a plate, add onion fat, pickles and grilled meat
