Ingredients:

  • 500g beef tendon or soft-boiled beef
  • 1kg Hu Tieu noodles
  • 2 onions
  • 2 dried shallots
  • 1 turnip

  • Seasoning powder, pepper, salt, cooking oil, scallions, cilantro

Instructions:
